The Return Roadmap is designed for moms returning from leave to their current employer.
Reach out about 8 weeks before your return to work date, allowing time to build your plan.
Four 60-minute 1:1 virtual sessions (over 6 - 8 weeks, timed around your return-to-work date)
Gain clarity around work and your needs after baby,(i.e. schedule, location and flexibility).
Craft your ideal return-to-work plan & finalize proposal.
Prepare for the conversation with your manager and practice language that is confident and collaborative.
After meeting with your manager, we’ll review how the conversation went, adjust as needed, and shape a plan for easing back into work while keeping your family at the center.
